October 11, 2021 Dear Parents and Guardians: On October 11, 2021, the District was notified that an employee had tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was last in the school on October 7, 2021. For any students or staff at risk of exposure, the Sanders County Health Department will be or has been in contact with those persons to determine a safe and appropriate course of action. It is recommended that any person who feels ill seek out their medical provider for specific instructions. Hot Springs School District 14-J is in ongoing contact with the Sanders County Health Department and reviews the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidance to ensure a safe environment for our students and staff. School officials will continue to monitor health-related events in the District, and will provide prompt information when such occur.
